Who we are

Club 139 is operated by 139 Holdings Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the Club” mean 139 Holdings Ltd. “You” means the person using this website.

Our London home is 67 Pall Mall. The registered office of 139 Holdings Ltd is C/O Simons Muirhead Burton LLP, 87–91 Newman Street, London W1T 3EY, United Kingdom. Company number 16559534. Write to us at membership@club139.co.uk.

These terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. They govern the site, the information on it, and enquiries you send us. They are not the membership agreement.

If you are invited to join, membership is offered separately, in writing, and only begins once that agreement is in place and any fee we ask for has been paid. House rules for gatherings and for 67 Pall Mall are also separate, and they apply when you are there.

The website

The site introduces Club 139. It describes the Founding Circle, membership, and experiences. It is an invitation to enquire. Nothing on it is an offer that you can accept simply by using the site, sending an email, or clicking a button.

We take care with what we publish. Programmes, dates, places, and benefits can change. Where a page names a host, a venue, or a partner, their own conditions also apply.

Membership

Membership is private and by invitation or application, and it is open only to people aged 18 or over. Every enquiry is reviewed personally. We decide, at our discretion, whether to invite someone to join, which tier applies, and whether a place is still open.

The founding tiers described on the site are:

• Founding Member — 139 places, price on application.
• Founding Ambassador — 13 places, price on application, with full Founding Member status and exclusive access to 67 Pall Mall.
• Founding Investor — by invitation, price on application.

Prices are on application. A figure, a place count, or a benefit on the site is not a quote and not a confirmed place. Access to 67 Pall Mall follows the arrangements between Club 139 and that club, and that club’s own rules.

Nothing on this website is an offer of shares or other securities, or an invitation to the public to invest. Any investment is discussed privately and documented on its own.

Experiences

Experiences are listed so you can see the kind of programme Club 139 shares, including events presented with 67 Pall Mall. A listing is not a booking. A place exists only when it has been confirmed. Travel, venues, and hosts may set their own conditions, limits, and charges.

Member access

The member access page is the sign-in screen. It does not create an account or keep a password. A sign-in that is not authorised is refused on this page. An authorised member is sent to the member platform, which lives separately. Do not submit a password you use anywhere else.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, lawful enquiries. You may not:

• copy the site or its content for a commercial purpose without our written agreement;
• attempt to break, probe, or overload the site;
• pretend to be someone else when you write to us;
• use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual property

The site, the CLUB139 mark, the text, and the images are owned by us or used with permission. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy them into another club, brand, or commercial project. The name in sentences is Club 139. CLUB139 is the logo only.

Other websites

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, 67 Pall Mall, and other sites leave our terms. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for them.

Liability

The site is general information. We are not liable for decisions you make solely from reading it, or for a host, venue, or partner acting under their own conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms as the club and the site develop. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. The terms you accept for a membership, if you are invited, are the ones in that separate agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide disputes about them. If you live in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
